The most important part about being a nanny...

Instead of focusing on the challenges, I made it a priority to lift her spirits. Throughout the day, I engaged her with kindness, patience, and fun activities. By the end of the day, she was already feeling much happier. When her parents came home, they were so relieved and pleased to see their child smiling again—it was a really rewarding moment.
