It’s tough to pick one thing. Trust, care, and respect are top 3 for me. If neither the parents or kids trust you, it just won’t work. Care is obvious. And you have to respect the parents and how they run their house and respecting their children as well.

When I am not working at the preschool you can typically find me spending time with my family, cheering my brothers on at their football games, or relaxing with a good book!
