I think what matters most is having open communication! I know there can sometimes be tension when there is a nanny in the house but I always want everybody to feel comfortable! So having that open line of communication is key to that!

Oh my goodness there are so many! I think it was with my first job as a nanny. I worked for them while I was still in high school and absolutely fell in love with the family and when it was my last day everybody was crying even grandma! I not it’s a sad moment but it was moment I realized I loved being a nanny and becoming apart of these families!
