The most important part of betting a nanny is not to be there tho replace the parents but to encourage and implement the parents thoughts and upraising. So that the child knows the parents are teaching them the same thing and love them even if they are not there. A good Nanny will care for the child as if they are her own.
My experience with special needs children...
I had cared for my own son who had to be on a ventilator for a year and also feeding through a feeding tube before he passed. In the interim, I was able to work alongside other parents with disabled children and learned how to care and communicate with them.
