Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have nannied for multiple families for around 3 years. As of right now, I work as an on call nanny, meaning I pick up shifts for multiple families and many different children. My most recent weekly experiences were with ages 5,6,2, and 3. I worked with one family for about a year and the other was a shorter period of two months. I have also worked in a daycare facility, tending to newborns (6 at a time at most). However, my total experience spans 3 years with many different families!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I’m very passionate about being outdoors with children, though Florida is quite hot during the summer. I love going to new places, swimming, taking walks, going to the library, arts and crafts, fun science experiments, etc.

Patience and structure! To me these are number one, things can and will get stressful but the children come first! They deserve your kindness, attention, support and absolutely nothing less! Structure is also incredibly important in my eyes. Following a daily routine builds responsibility, patience, and awareness in children.

The family was just arriving home and I was watching an 11 month old, and right as the parents walked through the door and set their things down, he took his very first steps!! It was the most exciting thing ever to witness!
