Hello my name is Tamika Ruffin, I'm a mom of 3 college students. I'm a very loving, patient, and protective person who has a sense of humor. I work at a daycare center in the day and sometimes I do home healthcare as well ( I'm also a certified medical assistant). I love to teach our little ones it amazes me how they're so eager to learn. I'm really looking for something on the weekends which would be Friday after 5:30 through Sundays. I'm even available some holidays because my day job works off Shelby county school schedule.
