I was a special education teaching assistant for the past 3 years. I also minored in Early Childhood Education at my Community College. In high school, i was in the Ulster Boces Early Education Program as well. During my time there I did a work study in a Kindergarten classroom.

I love outdoor activities such as, walks, hikes, swimming, anything where the children can be active. I also enjoy doing fun educational activities at home. Things like puzzles, working on fine motor activities, games, etc.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Connecting with the children, on a level where they understand that i am their caregiver. Someone they can have fun with, but also knows that i am in charge and will enforce their parents rules, but also making them feel like they're safe when their parents are gone.
