My first ever job experience was babysitting 3 young (1y, 3y, 10y) boys in my town and I stayed with that family for 3, almost 4, years, and I am currently in college completing coursework for my Early Childhood Education degree.

I like to see what the kids are interested in and go from there when nannying, but some common things are arts and crafts or hide and seek, outdoor play where we identify names of what we see (birds or bugs etc). I try to foster independent play so playing with toys and helping their imagination grow is what I love.

is being another trustworthy and reliable adult in a kids life! more than anything kids need to rely on their parents and also adults at school and later on bosses at work. When I nanny I try to be a loving kind and helpful adult so we can foster learning and kindness in a trusting environment.

I went to go make the youngest’ lunch while he stayed in his room next to the kitchen and played with his trucks, and when I came back just a moment later he was playing with a box of tissues and he had emptied the whole box and was just throwing tissues around the room, laughing and giggling. super fun to clean up !!
