The most important part about being a nanny is knowing how to work with children. The key to working with children is, you’ll have to have patience and time. You have to teach them discipline but in a humble way, you can’t get mad at them for doing typical kid behavior. Kids don’t mean any harm, that’s why you have to be willing to work with them.
