Hi, my name is Vanessa, and I've worked as both a live-in and live-out nanny for multiple families in Los Angeles since 2008. I started out working as a live-in nanny in Bel-Air when I was a student at UCLA. I continued working childcare jobs after graduating since I love working with kids and helping parents out. My role as a nanny is to try to make things easier for the parent and implement exactly what the parent wants for their child, whether it is a certain routine or how to address a specific behavior.
