Searching for an active, loving, reliable (potentially long-term) nanny to join our family! My baby is 1-year-old, playful, and very happy. She loves going to the park and children's museums, reading stories, and listening to music. She is also an excellent eater. Our ideal nanny has a calm and nurturing spirit, and will love our girl like her own. She will also engage our child through play and learning activities that promote her social, emotional, cognitive, and language development (Spanish speakers preferred). The job would include meal preparation for the baby, light laundry, occasional tidying around the house, letting the dog out to potty, and transportation to/from daytime activities and her father's house. Hi my name is Patricia but everyone calls me Patty, I’m a manager and do client relations with music artist , I go to school online at full sail university to get a degree in business for music and entertainment, I have 4 kids and I need a nanny on some weekdays evenings but that should vary. Since they are in school full time from 7-3 my 3 girls go to a center here in our Apts and get out at 5pm but sometimes I can’t make pick up at 3 if I do I get my son run errands then try make it by 5 which is kind difficult when it’s work related, but on weekends mostly are days when I need ya, and that would be nights due to work and client who have shows or at times I have to leave out of town and would need u the entire weekend , I’m just on a budget right now cause I haven’t been able to work but once I get going I will be able to increase your pay but if u have any questions be free to ask I’d prefer more of a flat rate for the weekends and if I need your help during the week I could do 11 hr after 3 pm . Key Responsibilities
Proactive Management & Scheduling: Create the weekly family schedule, coordinate appointments, manage family calendars, pay bills, and stay ahead of household logistics.
Meal Planning & Prep: Plan weekly menus, handle grocery shopping, pack daily school lunches, and prepare healthy family dinners.
Childcare & Driving: Provide safe transportation for the girls to/from school and afternoon activities, assist with after-school routines, and monitor homework completion.
Home Organization & Laundry: Take the lead on organizing closets, pantry, fridge, and common areas. Oversee daily tidy-ups, kitchen reset, full family laundry (wash, fold, put away), and inventory/supplies.
Errands & Vendor Logistics: Run local errands (returns, dry cleaning) and coordinate with house cleaners or vendors as needed.
Pet Care: Give love and attention to our small dog.
Qualifications
Self-starter who takes initiative, leads household operations, and anticipates needs without being asked.
