A little bit about me
I have four children, Elizabeth 24, Michael 22, Theodore, 21, and Victoria,19. I was a stay at home mom for 16 years, running two businesses out of my home while caring for my family. My husband traveled extensively for his work then. All four of my children scored an overall 32 or higher on their ACT's.
I became a top Real Estate agent for the Minneapolis area for the following 12 years until recently. I moved to Elgin Illinois, to be near my parents, closer to family, a significant change for me.
With the advent of Covid-19 and many additional economic changes, I have decided to take a year to regroup. Being a nanny would allow me to do something I cherish, caring for kids while accruing an income and figuring out my next move in life.

How to Hire a Housekeeper Nanny in Inver Grove Heights, MN
On Nanny Lane, you can find a housekeeping nanny in Inver Grove Heights, MN. Our nanny services include background checks, a hiring agent, and nanny payroll. Start by posting a profile with a job description and then, you can start talking to candidates about your housekeeping nanny position.
Common Responsibilities of Housekeeper Nannies in Inver Grove Heights, MN
When evaluating if a housekeeping nanny is right for your family, it’s important to consider what makes housekeeping nannies distinct from nannies. Both a housekeeping nanny and a nanny are responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment. These responsibilities can include organizing activities, preparing meals, handling child-related errands as well as others. However, a housekeeping nanny usually takes on cleaning and maintenance for the entire home and family. In contrast, a nanny focuses exclusively on cleaning for the children such as the playroom, children's laundry, etc. A housekeeping nanny offers these services to the entire home and family, including laundry, cleaning bathrooms, mopping, and vacuuming.
A housekeeping nanny can be a full-time, part-time, or live-in position. It is essential to take these factors into account when determining how much you should pay a housekeeping nanny.
