A little bit about me

Moving to E. Stroudsburg at end of Sept! I held a corporate job for 30 years but retired early. I'm a mom of 2 grown kids and now grandma of an 18 mo. old boy. After retiring in my 50's I stayed home for 5 mo. then decided I wanted to have more fun, so I started babysitting. That turned into a full time nanny job, where I took care of a 20 mo old girl and a newborn. That continued until the baby was 15 mo old and they moved to Aspen CO. I still go for visits! I've since continued with caring for several families, but I've worked part time for them just as they need the help. Sometimes I'm a fill in nanny while a nanny is on vacation, sometimes if the nanny is sick, or for date nights. I've also do overnights while parents are out of town. I play with the kids on their level and quickly form strong bonds. I think I'm best with infants-4 year olds. I love teaching ABC's, counting, reading together, puzzles, playing on the floor with their toys, baking. Imaginations are always welcome!
