She prepares healthy food, keeps them on a consistent nap schedule and has helped with sleep training, helped me potty train starting at 3 months old (my oldest has been fully potty trained since she turned 1 - many thanks to Tania!), and spends tons of time outside and doing creative activities with them. They never watch screens which I love and she also speaks spanish so my 2 year old now knows both spanish and english.
