A little bit about me

Hello, I’m Averi! Native to Raleigh, 19, and just coming off a gap year. I am currently at wake tech to transfer and double major in Developmental psychology and Musical Theatre. I’ve been performing and training all my life so I always love to get any kids im caring for into music, I taught my last family Piano lessons!
I love the family I am currently with but they won’t be needing my services as the dad got a flexible job (can still provide reference though) in the summers I TA drama and music classes for kids ages 5-15, I also worked at a daycare last year. It was a great community, the hours were too inconsistent and short notice, I love being outside, cooking, organizing, and have a 2010 Honda CRV (clean record) and I also have two cats and a Great Dane so I am more than comfortable around pets. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with questions. Best of luck!

Thanks
Averi Zimmermann

A little bit about me

Hello families! Thank you for taking the time to view my information. As a parent, I understand the process of acquiring amazing people to love your little one(s) and to trust they are in perfect hands when you aren’t available.
I have very in-depth experiences as both a professional nanny and a parent. Loving on little ones, completing tasks conducive to the overall well-being of family, while spreading optimism in every direction are incredible strong suits that I will bring into my service as a caregiver. As a college educated provider, I personally believe in the power of knowledge and the value in early educational opportunities that can be found in every minute of each day. Structured lessons, exploring nature, and even enjoying something to eat are all opportunities to facilitate learning! My educational background is in psychology and I am also a certified life coach. My core values stem from a place of optimism, respect, and love. I am outgoing and take pleasure in treating each person I meet as a longtime friend.
My parenting responsibilities will not interfere with any work related responsibilities as my children are of school age, and my husband works from home. This allows for a lot of flexibility in my scheduling. My children are ages 13 (boy), 9 (boy), 7 (girl), and 4 (boy), and they are incredibly respectful loving human beings. My oldest son was diagnosed with high-functioning autism at 3 years old. His journey taught me how to care gently for those with special needs (or special qualities as we say in our home). I am very comfortable accepting a position requiring therapy visits and follow up care at home, and I understand the daily care-taking required.
I have my own very reliable transportation with plenty of clean seats and space. My driving record is blemish free, and I am diligent in upholding all safety measures.
If you think I could be a good fit for your family, please reach out. I wold love to talk more. Thank you kindly.
