She is pretty attached to me because she's been home with me for the last 3 months, so there might be some challenges at first with things like bottles and nap time without me. She's a really happy baby, but I do need someone who is confident handling the occasional meltdown and separation anxiety.
I will be working from home, but if you are in my home, I will be trying to stay out of sight during the time you are there.

Hello! We are a family of three, with one 3 1/2 month old happy little boy. I am a teacher here in Austin and my husband is a firefighter. We are very lucky to have schedules that allow us to care for our son a majority of the time, however we will need care when our work schedules overlap. We do need someone who is willing to be flexible with days as my husband is on a 48/96 schedule. His back to back shifts rotate each week so the days we need care will change as well. There will be some weeks that we only need care for one full day and a morning, while other weeks we would need care for two full days and a morning. He is also in the Marines Corps so there are some military commitments that he must honor as well. We are open to nanny sharing, we would love to find another family on shift schedule to be able to rotate days!
