Large family, special needs children, need full time help with kids, transportation, and kids cleaning. Will need to get hired by third party company for payment. Offering full time hours but options for more than 40 hours if interested.

Must have some actual caregiving experience, nanny, babysitting, daycare work is acceptable but prefer in home experience. Working in our home is not like working in a building so having experience with the environment is important. Must also be comfortable communicating on the job needs in a home work setting.

We speak sarcasm at our house and use humor in light and in dark. We prefer hands on play to screen time. Our children love a board game, hand of cards, or just hearing a story and really appreciate a creative person to encourage their crafting and performing interests.
Between the three girls they have interests in martial arts, gymnastics, dance, pageant, library activities, horses, ASL, singing, and they love learning.

My husband and I are surgeons we have crazy schedules so we will be looking for someone that can accommodate that. We have twins 3 year old girls and a 1 year old boy with autism. We are communicating with our 1 year old by using ASL so that is an absolute must to know and understand. We are also talking and teaching our kids French so it is not an absolute must to know or understand but it would be nice. We will need help at all hours of the day but Sunday when both me and my husband are off. Our schedule will change daily so we will need a fleible nanny. We need someone that's able to drive, run errands, cook, and occasionally clean and do laundry. We hope to communicate in a family meeting at least once a week to go over the schedule, meal plan, activities, and things like that. We are also vegetarian all the time and vegan most of the time with the occasional not completely vegan meal.

A little bit about us

Hello,
We are parents of a 22 month old preemie with a heart condition and mild cerebral palsy. He is smart and happy like any other kid, but does need some help getting around the house as he can't walk at this time.
We have a baby on the way in July and are looking for part time to full time nanny care starting in August.
My husband works from home and i will be on maternity leave through October. We are looking for someone to primarily watch our son for a minimum 4hrs a day (8-12 preferred, but not set) on Monday-Friday, though ideally this would be a full-time position by October when I return to work. We are looking for someone willing to engage and play with our son. We are flexible on pay and hours based on experience but are looking for consistency.
