My biggest accomplishment was caring for this 15 yr old who had a hard time learning to use the bathroom .he was use to using the diaper instead the toilet. Employees I worked with was scared to take chances but I wasn’t. I decided to removed the diaper and remind him to go use the toilet. It took a while with Patience but he learned to use the toilet .
