I love exploring the ways to make "the boring stuff" fun with kids. How a song can completely shift/prevent a reluctant attitude and how a simple game can make clean-up still part of the play. In times when a child is upset or endangering themselves or another, my responses are influenced by the practices of positive discipline and approaching these situations with a calm, understanding and conscious presence.
In my personal life, I am studying herbalism and other modalities of holistic healing. I am passionate about individual and community empowerment surrounding health and the body.
