Our son is medically complexed and requires a level of care that's way beyond a typical child. He has seizures with regressions and a mix of unpredictable behaviors that puts him in harm's way. This requires 24/7 care. For this household, having a person we can trust with our son who is 5 years old (almost 6 now) is a critical part of our lives. We also require someone who is never late, and answers their phone for emergency hours. Ashley has been a lifeline for us in many ways. She is never late, she knows to text me for any questions instead of guessing on what to do. She remains professional at all times. She also saw how my son regressed in skills and speech as he went back to being mute again. She stayed consistence in her role and care. Any family would be lucky to have her part of a child's team.
