A little bit about me

Hi! I’m Cece, and I’m glad to be back on the app after some time. I’ve spent my entire life working with children; growing up homeschooled with a mother in childcare, I learned the ropes early on and developed a natural love for looking after kids through my hands on experience with sports camps, childcare centers, and five years in children’s ministry. Many of the families I've worked for came through my church community, and I always prefer doing a quick meet-and-greet with parents or legal guardians before a first booking to ensure everyone feels completely secure and comfortable. Currently, I am in college pursuing a nursing degree, and because I am already a registered EMT with professional experience as a phlebotomist and medical assistant, your little ones will always be in safe, highly trained hands. When I'm not studying or working, you can find me exercising, walking my dog, hanging out with friends and family, or baking a sweet treat if time allows!

I don't have the most experience with special needs, I've worked with some children with special needs, I also helped sometimes in high school with special needs children. One of my closer friends is special needs, she's very sweet and we hangout from time to time, but she is close to my age.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I love watching children discover how smart they are when they figure things out on their own. Instead of micro-managing, I believe in giving kids the space to work through a challenge independently, while always being ready to step in and support them the moment they need help.
