Hi! My name is Ella and I am a current master's student at Vanderbilt studying Early Childhood Special Education. I have experience working with children in many different capacities, including as a nanny, daycare and preschool teacher, summer camp counselor, and therapist assistant. I am passionate about early childhood development and about creating learning environments that are safe, accessible, and fun for students of all ages and levels of ability. My experience with special needs children...

I worked as a student aide in my high school's special education life skills class during my senior year of high school. I also worked as an intern at the Central Texas Autism Center, where I was responsible for assisting therapists in both individual and group sessions. I am currently getting my master’s in Early Childhood Special Education and am working as a teaching fellow at an inclusive preschool here in Nashville!
