"Ellie is a natural when it comes to interacting with kids of all ages. She specifically helped me with babysitting my daughter as young as 3 months old until her current age of 18 months. Ellie is nurturing by nature and is a very responsible, trustworthy person. She is intentional about the time she spends with my daughter, whether it is entertaining her with toys or reading books. She is capable of feeding her (both as an infant and as a toddler) and is able to get her down for naps/bedtime. She also takes great care of the house when we are gone so we come home to a cleaned up environments. Any family would be blessed to have Ellie as a nanny!"

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Worked in childcare, Youth specialist, babysitting, taking care of my niece/cousins
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love arts and crafts, being outdoors, hands on learning, reading, play time, movies, museums, going to the park and finding new fun activities.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny is about earning a family's trust and then honoring it every single day-keeping their children safe while genuinely showing up for them, not just supervising. Building a real connection so the child feels seen and cared for, staying open and honest with parents so we're always on the same page, and bringing patience and consistency even on the hard days. At the end of it all, a good nanny isn't just reliable but someone the whole family feels lucky to have.
My experience with special needs children...
I have some experience in SPED. I worked in the neurodevelopment unit at ellipsis (youth treatment center) and was a big sister for Big Brother and Big Sisters organization. I do not have any certifications or specific learning.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Finding something that makes them belly laugh, like trying the swings for one of the first times or for older kids a really intense game of kickball!

Babysitter Available in Boston, MA: Nadia T.
I am a graduate student at Simmons University, looking to find a part time nanny position. I grew up second oldest in a family of 5 children, and had a lot of experience caring for my younger siblings. I currently work as a preschool gymnastics coach on weekends (2-3 years experience).
I love working with children and helping them explore and navigate the world. I want to pursue pediatric physical therapy as a career, and finding a part time job would help me fund that dream as an independent student.
I've seen how hard it can be to raise children while I was helping my mum, and I wanted to help other parents. As they say, it takes a village to raise a child.
