I started my childcare experience when I was in high school by volunteering at a child development daycare center. The children were 2 and a half to 5 years old. While in high school I would also babysit my younger sibling and relatives as well. I done various short term babysitting and nannying since. I also have experience working with the Boys and Girls Club as an after school youth development leader for children in K-12. Altogether I have about 5 years of total experience with children ages 2 to 17.
