More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with children in various roles, including as a nanny, babysitter, and preschool teacher. Most recently, I worked as a Behavioral Therapist, supporting children and adults with autism and Down syndrome. These experiences have given me valuable skills in understanding each child’s unique needs and fostering their growth in a safe and supportive environment.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love engaging children in creative and enriching activities like arts and crafts, reading stories, and imaginative play. Outdoor adventures, like trips to the park or nature walks, are also favorites of mine, as they allow kids to explore and stay active. I enjoy tailoring activities to each child’s interests and abilities to make every experience fun and meaningful.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is building trust and a strong connection with both the child and their family. Creating a nurturing, safe environment where a child feels loved and supported is key to their growth and happiness. It’s also about being dependable and adapting to the unique needs of every family I work with.
My experience with special needs children...
I have extensive experience working with children with special needs, particularly in my role as a Behavioral Therapist. I supported children with autism and Down syndrome by implementing individualized strategies to help them build skills, improve communication, and navigate challenges. This work taught me the importance of patience, empathy, and flexibility in meeting every child where they are.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments as a nanny was helping a child conquer their fear of riding a bike. It was a process filled with encouragement, practice, and lots of cheering, but seeing their face light up when they finally succeeded was unforgettable. Moments like these remind me why I love working with children—they’re full of so much potential and joy.

Full-Time Nanny Available in Tucson, AZ: Vic H.
I grew up as the oldest sister of three younger brothers! So, I’m a caregiver instinctively and I understand intensely how important it is to have a reliable and trustworthy person to help with the responsibilities of yours and your kiddo’s lives! I have cared for the same little guy for the past three years now, and he’s about to turn 8. However, due to a very unexpected emergency with their family, I will no longer be needed to watch him. This leaves me with no job on zero notice and the loss of my entire income so I am in search of a position immediately. I have experience with caring for siblings and only children, and I pride myself on being able to understand and get along with kiddos of any age! I can provide a list of references and answer all the questions you will have for me. Please consider me for your families needs and if you’re interested I’d love to schedule a call or meetup to see if I’d be a good match for your family!
