The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children feel valued and confident. It’s about building trust, encouraging curiosity, and helping each child grow emotionally, socially, and academically while making every day fun and meaningful. Equally important is working closely with parents to communicate openly, follow routines, and ensure consistency between home and childcare.
My experience with special needs children...
have experience working with children who have ADHD and am open to supporting children with a variety of other special needs. In my role teaching a college-level course, I accommodated students with disabilities, developing strategies to support their individual learning needs and ensure an inclusive, engaging environment.

I would describe myself as kind, patient, and caring. I naturally create a warm and safe environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and happy. I’m responsible, gentle, and understanding, and I always try to treat every child with kindness and respect. I enjoy spending time with kids, helping them learn, laugh, and feel cared for. I’m also dependable, attentive, and willing to help however I can to make parents feel confident and at ease while their children are in my care. I have experience caring for many children of different ages, including babies, toddlers, and infants through helping with my siblings, step-siblings, cousins, and other family members. Because of this, I’m comfortable with keeping children safe, entertained, cared for, and supported throughout the day.
