The most important part about being a nanny...
I think that all kids, and especially babies benefit tremendously from having multiple figures in their life. Being a nanny is temporary and even though I can realistically only be apart of their life for a short amount of time, being someone they can trust, learn from and grow up with the knowledge they have someone who is accepting and loving to count on other than their parents and family. Giving them the support they need from small milestones or through big feelings they learn how to navigate.
