Working as an instructional paraprofessional/teaching assistant for the Delaware Early Childhood Center. In this role I was responsible for the safety, well-being, and cognitive development of children aged 3-5. I have also babysat for several families with children aged 4-10 and taken on significant caregiver responsibility in raising my two younger brothers.

In my past role with Delaware Early Childhood Center, I had the opportunity to work with children of varying backgrounds and abilities. Several of my students had diagnoses including autism and ADHD. In this role I worked to adapt curriculum and educational standards to suit each child's needs and worked hard to support each child's independence and development.
