Being a nanny is not only about taking care of kids it’s also important to have great communication with the parents. It’s very important to me to follow through with the parenting style of each parent I have worked with. I’m very easy to get along with and always work with each parent to have clear communication on what they want for their children. It’s important to be honest, trustworthy and respectful. I am energetic and kindhearted my love for the families I have worked for is huge! I still keep in touch with all of them!
One thing that is also important is consistency I like to stick to my given hours. I have worked for some families that have been all over the place and it gets too confusing.
