Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have also been a teachers assistant at daycares and preschools. Where I had the opportunity to work with children in both the infant care room (8 weeks to 24 months) as well as the toddler room (24 months to 36 months).
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to do both outside and inside play! Activities/crafts/outings are specialties of mine.
Infant care to me is more of speaking, mimicry, lots of reading and tending to their needs.
Toddlers are so much fun! I love to do sensory play, activities involving touch, imagination play and having them participate in the day to day activities (ie cooking/baking together, helping clean, ect)
Working with older toddlers/preschoolers meaning exploring and expanding their worlds. Field trips, parks, classes hands on activities, introduction to STEM.

Is remembering that you too, are an huge influence on the children in your care. I want to show kids kindness, patience, understanding, regulating, empathy, and respect.
My experience with special needs children...
Some but not extensive. Participating with in home care routines and sitting in/helping when additional help when speech and/or behavioral therapist came to the house.
