One of my favorite nanny moments was when I was reading a book with a child who initially struggled with language development. At first, they would only point at pictures, but after weeks of incorporating singing, reading, and interactive language-building activities, they finally said a full sentence about the story. The excitement in their eyes and the proud smile on their face made it such a rewarding experience. Seeing their confidence grow and knowing I played a part in that moment was truly special.
