"You should only hire Sandra if you are prepared to have complete strangers approach you on the street or in the parks to tell you how amazing your nanny is with your child.
On more than a dozen occasions that’s exactly what happened to us. Sandra is super engaged with the kids, considers their development in everything she does, sets wonderful boundaries and builds an amazing relationship with all the kids in her care.
She did cooking, our daughter’s laundry, And always kept the house tidy.
We still use Sandra to this day for both occasional nights and sometimes overnights even though our daughter is 11yo. I cannot more highly recommend Sandra to care for your precious little one. You will not regret this decision ever. We always felt as though we had the most special relationship with Sandra, but ultimately realize it’s the type of relationship she has with all of her families."

"Amy is a very energetic, hardworking, clean & generous caretaker. She cared for our daughter from ages 6 months to 2.5 years and helped a lot around the house. She is very patient and holds a high bar for safety & cleanliness of our child and would do extra tasks around the house without asking. She proactively found fun things for our daughter to do around the city (free events, classes, zoo) and took her on the bus / muni for these outings without our prompting, which we were very happy about. "Jeana was always on top of her tasks, she has always had patience with the young ones and shes always made sure they felt safe and happy as long as she was around, she would always make sure that when the parents and guardians werent around, the children would stay clean and fresh and when the parents would come back home, it would always be so spotless like there arent even kids in the house!!!. "Tania has worked with our family for 2 years and has been wonderful. She has watched both of my daughters (4 months old and 2.5 years old) and is great with newborns and toddlers.
She prepares healthy food, keeps them on a consistent nap schedule and has helped with sleep training, helped me potty train starting at 3 months old (my oldest has been fully potty trained since she turned 1 - many thanks to Tania!), and spends tons of time outside and doing creative activities with them. They never watch screens which I love and she also speaks spanish so my 2 year old now knows both spanish and english. She is constantly interacting with them and never on her phone which was also very important to me.
When my girls are napping, Tania would do the laundry, dishes, and tidy up around the house. She would help with anything I asked her to help with.
