A little bit about me
My name is Valerie Moya, I'm a 24-year-old ecuadorian immigrant with a lot of nanny experience.
I worked at an orphanage called "Orfanato Santa Marianita" where I was in charge of 5 kids from 9 months to 14 years old. You could imagine what it is to take full care of 5 children? But eventually I got the hang of it and I loved them.
I moved to the US in 2014 and started a new nanny job in 2015. Unfortunately, I had to leave that job since the family bought a house and moved out of state.
After that, I've worked in restaurants, retail and even as a swimming coach for kids in Newport Beach (I'm a professional swimmer).
I've always loved the nanny world. I love kids, they make my life full. I hope to have some of my own one day. However, in the mean time, I'm looking forward to meet and care for some beautiful baby/ies out there.
Feel free to contact anytime.

A little bit about me
I’ve grown up all across California and am about to settle in Long Beach to start focusing more on my career as a special fx make up artist for movies and television. I grew up around a larger extended family with many cousins and one older brother. I have much experience watching family members as well as nannying for 2 different families over the past year. I am a fun, bubbly, kind and patient person who would make a great addition to helping your family in your daily routines. Additionally I'm cpr and first aid certified.

When finalizing the details of your full-time nanny position, it’s important to make sure that everyone is on the same page. The easiest way to do this is to create a job offer for your full-time nanny position.
In your full-time nanny job offer, you should communicate the responsibilities and compensation. In writing out the responsibilities of your full-time nanny, you might also choose to add some responsibilities that are specific to your families’ needs like if you expect your full-time nanny to travel with you and the details around travelling with your live-in nanny. When considering what it means for your full-time nanny when you take vacation, you should also consider how you want to handle their vacation time, and other aspects of their compensation. Daycare vs. Hiring a Nanny
Choosing between putting your child in daycare and hiring a nanny can be a tough decision. While nannies are often more expensive, they provide individualized attention and flexibility. Daycares, on the other hand, prioritize socialization. Our Nanny vs Daycare guide can help you determine what's best for your family.
