A little bit about me
Throughout my work, I've developed great connections with families by communicating openly and responding to each household's unique needs and dynamics. I am passionate about supporting the growth and development of each child I work with, whether it is by assisting with homework, arranging fun and instructive activities, or building healthy habits.

A little bit about me
My name is Avery Kuster and I’m 20 years old. I graduated from Minnetonka Highschool, and plan on pursuing my degree in early childhood development with a minor in spanish! I have plenty of babysitting experience, speak fluent spanish, and was an all subjects tutor for children ages 5-12 for two years. I’m currently an assistant teacher at a preschool and have been trained and certified for infant and adult CPR, safe sleep, and inquiry based learning practices. If you or your family is looking for some extra help on weekends for some time out, I would love to be of help. Feel free to message me if you have any question regarding my rates, availability, etc.
NOTE: My current availability is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Starting mid October I will be available Monday- Saturday after 2pm.

How to Hire a Housekeeper Nanny in Wayzata, MN
On Nanny Lane, you can find a housekeeping nanny in Wayzata, MN. Our nanny services include background checks, PLUS, and nanny payroll. Start by posting a profile with a job description and then, you can start talking to candidates about your housekeeping nanny position.
Common Responsibilities of Housekeeper Nannies in Wayzata, MN
When evaluating if a housekeeping nanny is right for your family, it’s important to consider what makes housekeeping nannies distinct from nannies. Both a housekeeping nanny and a nanny are responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment. These responsibilities can include organizing activities, preparing meals, handling child-related errands as well as others. However, a housekeeping nanny usually takes on cleaning and maintenance for the entire home and family. In contrast, a nanny focuses exclusively on cleaning for the children such as the playroom, children's laundry, etc. A housekeeping nanny offers these services to the entire home and family, including laundry, cleaning bathrooms, mopping, and vacuuming.
A housekeeping nanny can be a full-time, part-time, or live-in position. It is essential to take these factors into account when determining how much you should pay a housekeeping nanny.
