A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Amberli. I've been a young toddler teacher for the past 4 years working with a 1:6 ratio, while having 10+ years of baby sitting experience. I'm a fun, energetic 24 year old who has a strong passion for early childhood development. I have my Child Development Associate(CDA) and I am First Aid/CPR certified. If all goes well I will be starting school online very soon and would love to find a family to work with as a nanny/family assistant. I absolutely love to cook, create educational activities, and go on fun outings. Outside of work Im usually spending time with my significant other of 7 years, going or walks, but mostly seeing a lot of time in his boat. If I'm not doing that I'm usually cleaning and organizing at home, out shopping, or finding a good place for a sweet treat.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Inside of the home I enjoy finding fun ways to engage with the children such as cooking, sensory play, reading books, building forts and so many more things.
Outside of the home I love going to the park and going swimming, doing chalk, going on nature walks, or going to indoor amusement areas when the weather isn’t so good, spending time at the zoo. Overall, whatever is allowed by the parent/gaurdian is comfortable with.

My experience with special needs children...

In the setting I work in currently, it unfortunately has not allowed me to work with very many individuals with special needs.
This is something I would not be opposed to and am more than willing to go through training for to ensure the care and safety of said child.
