The most important part of being a nanny is making sure the children are always cared for, safe, and happy. I believe it’s important to stay attentive and engaged with them rather than ignoring them, so they always feel supported and supervised. I also make sure their basic needs are met, like making sure they aren’t hungry and that they feel comfortable throughout the day. Following their schedules and routines is also very important to me because it helps children feel secure and keeps their day running smoothly. 😊

I am patient and attentive to each child’s individual needs, routines, and communication styles. The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite parts of working with children is seeing the joy on their faces when something finally “clicks” for them. Whether it’s learning their letters, recognizing numbers, or identifying shapes, it’s so rewarding to watch them understand something new for the first time. I love being part of those moments and encouraging their curiosity and confidence as they learn and grow. Seeing how proud and excited they get makes the experience just as special for me. 😊
