Some activities I love doing with children, depending on their age, could range from coloring, playing outside, learning new games, dancing, etc., to reading, building, puzzles, art, and so much more! It depends on what the child finds fun :)
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part about being a nanny is learning the personalities of the kids, working with the parents, and of course safety! Every child is different even in the same family. Learning their individual interests and needs is vital to giving them the comfort and support they need.
My experience with special needs children...
At the daycare, there was a big variety of different kids! I worked with kids that had ADHD/ADD, autism, mental health illnesses, behavioral problems and more! I currently work as a para with autistic children that either need help with walking, writing/reading, math, or just to help keep them focused. Learning how to help and work with special needs children has been so beneficial and rewarding!

My favorite nanny moment is when I crafted musical instruments made with anything we could find and put on a show for this little girls family!
