Hours: 7:00 AM – variable end time (between 5-7PM depending on parents schedule; guaranteed 40 hours pay.)
Compensation: $25-30 dollars per hour
Location: Currently in Garden City, NY but we will be moving to Glen Head/Roslyn Harbor NY in a few months.
Requirements: Must have own reliable car and valid driver’s license

We are a busy and loving family with two young children seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced Nanny/Household Manager to join our household. We value kindness, creativity, structure, and a proactive approach to childcare and light home management. This is a long-term position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Childcare (Primary Focus):
• Full care for our 4-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter during work hours
• School drop-offs and pick-ups
—arranging playdates and daytime activities when not in school
• Engaging educational activities, play-based learning, and age-appropriate enrichment at home
• Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the children
• Children’s laundry and keeping their spaces organized
Light Household Management (during school hours or nap time):
• Occasional grocery pick-ups
• Organizing children’s activities, schedules, and supplies
• Light cooking (primarily for the children)
• General support to keep the household running smoothly
Requirements
• Previous professional nanny or childcare experience (references required)
• Passion for working with toddlers and preschoolers
• Reliable transportation — must have your own car and a clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills
• Physically able to keep up with active young children
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
• Trustworthy, punctual, organized, and proactive
