A little bit about us
Both parents are working professionals, and we are looking for someone who can become a trusted and consistent part of our family's life. We've been fortunate to have wonderful nannies in the past who truly became part of our family, and we're hoping to build that same kind of long-term relationship again. We value open communication, mutual respect, reliability, and someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with our boys.
Schedule: Thursday & Friday 2–8 PM, Saturday 9 AM–7:30 PM, and Sunday 2–8 PM (~28.5 hours/week).
Compensation: $25/hour, with earned paid time off.
Our nanny's primary responsibility is providing safe, loving and engaging care. Weekdays include picking up our older son from school and our baby from daycare using our family vehicle, preparing meals, helping with afternoon/evening routines, and transportation to activities as needed.
We're also looking for someone who enjoys helping a household run smoothly. Family-assistant responsibilities include children's laundry and organization, preparing lunches and bags for the next day, light housekeeping, occasional errands, and helping with a shared household to-do list.
Our ideal nanny is warm, patient, organized, trustworthy, proactive, and exceptionally reliable. Strong infant experience is important, along with a safe driving record, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it), and excellent references.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone interested in more than a temporary job. We hope to find a nanny who wants to become part of our family's life and build a meaningful relationship with our boys that lasts for years.
