Our incredible nanny who has been with us for 2 years just let us know that she will be leaving at the end of march, and we are in need of someone to start then. The care will be for our daughter who will have just turned two. We are looking for someone who has 4-6+ years with toddlers and is highly engaged. Someone who can take her to the beach/park (short walk from our house), do music, coloring, reading, play doh, etc. The qualities we are looking for in a nanny is highly dependable, kind, nurturing, and fun! We are a family who practices gentle parenting and would like for you to be familiar and follow the same approach.
There will also be times where our 3.5y/o son will be home from school due to holidays, and you would be responsible for caring for him on those days as well. We will provide additional compensation. Additionally, if you have extra flexibility that would be a huge added bonus as there are several occasions that pop up where we need extra help throughout the week.
We look forward to finding a great fit for our family, who will become apart of ours :)

My husband and I work from home. Atlas naps from sometime around 10am and I help him sleep in his room. He will also fall asleep on a walk or drive. I’m looking for someone to spend time with him between 8 am - 3 pm. about 3 times a week. Possibly more in the near future. We spend our times playing with toys, going to the park or beach which is walking distance, and sometimes we go to other baby friendly places. I would like someone to come hang out with him at our house and surrounding areas while my husband and I work in our in home office or go run errands. Hoping this person can help tidy up baby related areas (put away toys mostly).
I do have another son, Aydin, who is 4, but he in school from 8:30 - 3. You may see him and have some interactions with him but your care will be for Atlas.
I’m also hoping this person and I will get along! I’d love to have a friendly fun relationship. I want you to feel comfortable in our home and around my husband and I. Your interactions will mostly be with me (the mom) so I’m looking for a good communicator, some authentic, sincere, has some energy for a chunky on the move baby, and loves children.
I don’t expect you to care for our dog, Sebastian, but want you to know he will be around.

I should also add that we will be welcoming a baby girl the beginning of March and would like to hire someone who does not work around other kids as we will need to be hyper sensitive of keeping germs/illnesses out of the house for a period of time.
