About Our Family
We’re two work-from-home parents, so while we’ll be around during the day, we’ll mostly be working and out of your way. Clark is our first baby, and we’re hoping to find someone who feels like an extension of our little family.
We also have two friendly dogs—Cloud the Golden Retriever and Pepper the Labrador. No pet care is required, but you’ll need to be comfortable with dogs in the home.
What You’ll Be Doing
Caring for Clark (diapers, feeding, naps)
Engaging in age-appropriate play and developmental activities
Helping maintain a routine
Light baby-related tidying (bottles, baby laundry, toys) — optional, but appreciated
Who We’re Looking For
Experience with infants
Calm, nurturing, and dependable
Passionate about supporting early development
Infant CPR certified (or willing to become certified)
Comfortable with dogs
We’re hoping to find someone who brings warmth, attentiveness, and a positive energy to our home. If that sounds like you, we’d love to connect!

The Schedule & Timeline
Current Needs: 1–2 days per week from now until September.
Days & Hours: Thursdays and Fridays. Full days are 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (we are open to one of these being a half-day if preferred).
Future Potential: We may be open to expanding this to 2–3 days a week starting in September once the newborn arrives.
Responsibilities & Daily Routine.
Your primary focus will be keeping Frankie safe, engaged, and happy! Duties include:
- Active playtime, reading, and developmental engagement.
-Preparing meals/snacks and feeding.
- Diaper changes and tracking nap schedules (he still takes 2 great naps a day!).
- Taking him on outdoor stroller walks.
Our Home & Environment:
We live in a beautiful, quiet, and shaded neighborhood in Fairlawn Heights with excellent, private streets for long stroller walks. Our house is spacious with plenty of dedicated indoor play areas, including a large, furnished basement.
Dad works from home (most days) in a dedicated upstairs office, and Mom will be using these days to run errands, exercise, and prepare for the new baby. We also have a 4-year-old Mini-Aussie Doodle (30 lbs). He is hypoallergenic, incredibly friendly, and loves Frankie. He doesn't require walks as we have an electric fence, but you must be comfortable with a dog in the home!
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced with toddlers (and ideally comfortable with newborns for future growth).
Warm, dependable, and proactive.
CPR/First Aid certified (preferred).
Must love dogs!
If you think you'd be a great fit for our growing family, we would love to hear from you!
