A little bit about us

We’re looking for a flexible Nanny for our 3 girls ages 3, 6 and 9. Our two older girls will be in school all day so the care will be focused on our 3 year old as well as after school activities for the older two.
Mother is a pilot so the schedule is different from week to week. The days will vary during the Mon-Fri work week, but typically 3 days per week averaging about 30 or more hours a week. Dad leaves home at 730 and is usually home between 530-630. (These would be your typical hours on the days mom is gone flying).

A reliable car is mandatory for our kids school and activity drop offs. Our 3 year old has epilepsy with periodic seizures (none since February!), as well as learning delays, so we need someone who is comfortable and calm to handle her seizures. We will walk you through what to do when these happen. We also need someone willing to take time each day to help her develop her speech and Learning. She will be at pre school twice a week for a few hours as well.

Expectations: Driving kids to activities, making lunches, snacks, and helping meal prep some dinners. Getting the girls dressed and hair done before school etc. Cleaning up around the house and laundry once a week for the girls. Helping our school aged girls with their homework after school. Very little screen time. Engaging and playing with our 3 year old, and chasing her around to keep her safe. And of course being loving and patient with our girls while you’re with them!

A little bit about us

We're looking for a warm, dependable, and energetic nanny to join our family! ***Pay is negotiable***

Our family has four children, but your primary focus will be on our two youngest:

1.5-year-old who is home full-time
4-year-old who attends preschool part-time

Our two older boys are in school full-time, and even when they're home, they are independent and will not be your primary responsibility.

Schedule:

Fridays: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We're hoping to find someone who enjoys engaging young children through play, outings, crafts, and other fun activities.

Household expectations are minimal. We only ask that you clean up after yourself and the children's activities. No heavy housecleaning or meal preparation is expected.

If you're looking for a relaxed, appreciative family and enjoy spending your days with little ones, we'd love to hear from you!

***I know of a family in my neighborhood looking for a sitter M-W if you want to get more hours***
