Schedule would be to wake kids up at 0800 if they aren't awake already, get them dressed and fed and have them at school at 0900 either by walking or driving (carseats provided).
Light household help- (load or unload dishwasher, pick up toys, throw a load of laundry in washer/dryer).
Pay: $25 an hour, can be increased if more intensive household assistance is available (vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, organization, folding laundry).
Need someone who is on time, patient, communicative (the more heads up the better if they're going to be late or call out), LGBTQ friendly preferred, autism experienced preferred.
Nora: Struggles to wake up in the mornings, responds well to positive reinforcement. Can dress herself and take care of basic hygiene, needs reminders to brush hair. Will tell you what she wants and needs, very expressive and chatty.
Miles: Wakes up with the sun, non-verbal autistic, needs diaper changes and needs help getting dressed, will tell you nonverbally what he wants and needs (i.e. smacking a banana into your hand and staring at you intensely). Good at holding hands while walking but will destroy his school outfit by wearing his breakfast. Will run out of any door left open and gets into things constantly so being patient and keeping an eye on him is important.
