A little bit about me
In addition to my nurturing approach, I am also very mindful of the food that children eat. I’ve become more aware of the importance of providing kids with healthy, nutritious meals, especially since so many processed foods are packed with preservatives, artificial dyes, and unhealthy ingredients. I make a conscious effort to avoid these whenever possible and focus on incorporating more organic and non-GMO options into their diets. I believe that what children eat plays a huge role in their overall well-being, so offering wholesome, natural foods is a top priority for me.

A little bit about me
I have 8 years of full time Nanny experience with children 1-5 yrs old and over 12 years of general childcare experience with children 0-12 yrs old.
Over the last 8 years I have worked with two separate families each for 4 years and I believe there's something special about providing a consistent presence in a child's life as a bonus adult.
Working with these two families has given me a deeper knowledge of childhood development as well as dealing with various sensory issues, speech improvement, caring for twins, potty training, preschool drop off/pick ups and housekeeping!
My approach to childcare is one of mindfulness and helping children cultivate independence early on; making sure they always feel safe and heard, knowing that their opinions matter and learning how to deal with difficult emotions in healthy ways.
I am comfortable helping cultivate early reading skills and I love crafts and outings!
I can start in late August.
I look forward to talking with you!
