Is forming a connection with both the child(ren) and parents. Having a set schedule is important for the child’s development as well as children love to know what’s going to happen next. I also believe being outdoors is where a lot of learning takes place.

Receiving the biggest hugs and my kids telling me they had the best day or telling their parents all about their day. Or if they’re babies, sending them happy and content back to their parents. My favorite compliment ever from one of my 2 year old kids was “I love you like Pluto the dog because I love Pluto the dog”.
