🤍 LONG-TERM NANNY & HOUSEHOLD HELP – ALDERGROVE

📍 Near the Aldergrove Library
🕓 Monday–Thursday, 4–10 p.m.
📅 Start by Friday, October 16 – interviews this week!

I'm a work-from-home mom looking for someone caring, patient, and dependable to help with my two kids (ages 5 and 2) and keep our home running smoothly. I'd love to find someone who becomes a steady, trusted part of our family for the long run.

What you'll do:
• Care for the kids while I work
• Help with dinner, evening routines, and bedtime (I'll join when I can)
• Support the kids through tears, big feelings, and tough moments with kindness and patience
• Keep up with laundry, dishes, kitchen cleanup, and light tidying as childcare allows
• Start on agreed tasks independently on days I'm out with the kids and running late (entry by arrangement)

What I'm looking for:
• Experience with young children (professional or hands-on parenting experience both welcome)
• Reliable transportation and punctuality. If you take transit, please make sure you can arrive by 4 p.m. and get home after 10 p.m. A car is a bonus.
• Animal-friendly! We have a big dog and a cat. You won't be responsible for them at all: no walks, no poop pickup, no litter. Maybe a quick feeding once in a blue moon, and that's it.
• Willing to complete a criminal record check
• Willing to complete childcare-provider paperwork

Good to know:
• Paid every two weeks through childcare-benefit funding plus my contribution. Pay is [$__/hr or "discussed at interview"].
• I take confidential calls from home, so you'll be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement.

To apply, send me a message with:
• A little about yourself and your experience with kids
• Confirmation you can work Mon–Thu, 4–10 p.m. consistently
• Your transportation plan
• When you can interview and when you can start

Come meet me and the kids and see if we're a good fit! 🤍

(Messages that only say "Is this available?" won't get a reply. A quick intro goes a long way!)
