About the role:
* Primary focus is caring for our toddler throughout the day
* No screen time, we value interactive, engaged care
* Play-based learning: age-appropriate play, sensory activities, songs, and developmental engagement
* Daily reading, talking, and language development
* Outdoor walks/play encouraged when weather permits
* Maintain her nap and meal/snack routine
Meal prep (bonus):
* Preparing one simple meal/snack per day for her would be a wonderful bonus
* I am happy to provide groceries and would appreciate meal ideas in advance so I can keep everything stocked
* All other supplies and essentials will always be provided
Work environment:
* I work from home and will generally be around/available if needed, but need someone comfortable taking the lead with childcare during working hours
Ideal candidate:
* Experienced with toddlers (experience with 1–2 year olds preferred)
* Kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely loves children
* Reliable and punctual
* CPR/First Aid certification preferred
* References required
* Non-smoker
