A little bit about us
We both have unpredictable work hours as medical residents.
He will be in daycare during the days. But we are looking for someone who could be available to help on the occasional evenings when we are stuck at work late. There may also be some days when day care is closed, or if he is sick, that we may need a full day of care.
In terms of payment, we are open to negotiating. We would be open to a nanny share. We are looking for someone who has a driver's license and a car to help with day care pickup.

Because Mom is a librarian and Dad is working towards his Masters degree in nursing at JHU, our schedules both vary. We would like to find a nanny who is available on Wednesdays from 8AM-12:30PM and Thursdays & Fridays from 8AM-2Pm.
We do have two cats so I hope you aren’t allergic! They don’t require feeding or other pet care as we have an automatic feeder. One is very friendly and curious while the other will most likely hide and stay out of your way. Neither of them are aggressive so don’t be intimidated!
Let us know if you’re interested in meeting our tiny dude and get a sense of what a day in the life is like in our home!

A little bit about us
There are times when the both of us travel out of town together for work (shows, performances, and master classes) and need someone who can stay overnight or for multiple days. Or have the flexibility to travel with us if that is something we need. This is not all of the time but it does come up.
We have two girls. One is 3 and the other is 13 going on 14 in June. Both of them are in school between 8:30-4pm. The 13 year old has after school activities. So we will also need someone who has a car that can pick the kids up from school and drop them off. Mostly during the week. Sometimes on the weekend depending on my husband and I schedules.
