I work full-time from home, so we are seeking someone who can offer consistency to our daily routine and keep our little girl active and happy so I can focus on work.
Schedule: 4 to 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday (20–25 hours/week).
Hours: Flexible! Ideal morning schedule is 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, but we are open to either morning or afternoon hours to accommodate the right candidate's schedule (a great fit for a local college student!).

Start Date: As soon as possible.
Core Responsibilities & Expectations:
Engaging, Screen-Free Play: Interactive play, hands-on learning, crafts, outdoor play, and basic cleanup after toddler activities. We deeply value an environment that prioritizes active, screen-free engagement over digital entertainment.
Preparing and serving light snacks/meals for our daughter. During nap time (which typically occurs in the afternoon but can vary), we appreciate help with light housekeeping tasks (such as dishes, dusting, and laundry) to keep our home running smoothly.
Logistics: No driving of our child is required for this role.
