Position: Part-Time Nanny
Schedule: 5–8 weekdays per month
Hours: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay: Negotiable based on experience
We are seeking a dependable, trustworthy, patient, and caring nanny for our two children, ages 3 and 7.
Parents work rotating schedules, giving us 5–7 consecutive days off at a time. Therefore, childcare is only needed approximately 5–8 days monthly. Our work schedules are established a year in advance, allowing us to provide childcare dates several months ahead for reliable planning.
Our 7-year-old is currently homeschooled but will soon attend Elementary in person. Until enrollment, we need someone to help with her schooling throughout the day. Once enrolled, responsibilities will transition to school drop-off and pickup while caring for our 3-year-old during school hours.
Both children love arts and crafts, educational games, and interactive play. Our youngest especially enjoys hands-on, mentally stimulating activities. We want someone who actively engages with the children rather than simply supervising.
Responsibilities
* Provide safe, attentive, nurturing childcare.
* Prepare breakfast, lunch, and snacks. No dinner prep required.
* Plan creative, educational, age-appropriate activities.
* Assist with schooling until school enrollment.
* Handle school transportation once enrolled.
* Maintain household routines and clean up after children’s activities.
* Communicate openly regarding the children’s day and any concerns.
Requirement's
* Previous childcare experience preferred.
* Excellent, verifiable references required.
* Clean background and willingness to undergo a background check.
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
* Reliable, insured vehicle.
* Comfortable with cats in the home.
* Dependable, patient, responsible, and communicative.
* CPR/First Aid certification
We hope to find someone who genuinely enjoys children and will provide a safe, positive, and engaging environment!
